Good deal on used gear

I bought a used Big Agnes tent during their clearance sale. I was looking for a good deal and this popped up. It arrived in about 6 days, and for a used item, it was in pretty decent shape. There was one small patch on the rainfly, but it was disclosed in the description, so no surprises. Saved a good chunk of money compared to new. Glad I checked out their used gear section.

Worked out perfectly for our trip

Needed some sleeping bag rentals for a spontaneous camping trip. Found Outdoors Geek online, ordered them, and they showed up a few days later. No fuss, they were clean and comfy. Made our weekend super easy. Would use them again for sure.

Fantastic camping gear rental!

I rented a Family Camping Set for our trip to Yellowstone and it was perfect! Everything arrived right on time, super clean, and worked great. Setting up the tent was easy, even for a beginner like me. I'll definitely be renting from Outdoors Geek again for our next adventure and telling all my friends about it!

Glamping tent rental experience

Ordered a luxury glamping package for a weekend getaway. The ordering process online was straightforward, and I received confirmation emails promptly. Delivery took about 5 days to reach upstate New York, which was within their estimated window. The tent and all accessories, like the sleeping pads and chairs, were in excellent condition; no visible wear or tear. Assembly instructions were clear, though a few pieces of hardware for the tent frame felt a little flimsy. Customer service was helpful when I called to clarify the return shipping process. Overall, a solid option for rentals.

Consistently good gear, slight price increase

I've rented from Outdoors Geek a few times now, usually backpacking gear like the Marmot sleeping bags and Jetboil rentals. This last order was for a full Basecamp Kit. As usual, the quality was top-notch, everything was clean and performed as expected. Their reliability is why I keep coming back. I did notice the rental fee for this kit was a little higher than I recall from a similar package last year, but it's still competitive. Happy with them, they always deliver.

Good quality, delivery a bit slow

I decided to rent a couple of Gregory backpacks and an MSR stove for a hiking trip. The gear itself was in really good shape, clean and well-maintained, which was a pleasant surprise for rentals. The stove especially worked perfectly. My main critique would be the shipping time; it took almost a full week to get to me in California, cutting it a bit close to my departure date. Tracking info could have been updated a little faster, too. Still, the quality of the gear made it worthwhile, just plan for extra delivery time.

Camping trip was easy

So, I decided to rent a family camping set for our last-minute trip. It was pretty easy to find what I needed on their site. Everything arrived on time, which was great. The tent and sleeping bags were in good shape. My only little thing was the cooler had a small scuff, but it still worked fine. Made our trip way less stressful than buying everything.

Good value for glamping

I rented a luxury glamping package for a weekend trip. I signed up for their newsletter and got a discount, which was nice. It definitely made the experience more affordable. The gear was clean and everything I needed was included. Shipping took a few days longer than I expected to get to me in Texas, but it still arrived before my trip. Overall, it felt worth what I paid.
